The beginning of the year makes me eager for the many possibilities that could happen in the next twelve months. From career goals to traveling plans, there is a lot I want to accomplish and I want this year to be the best year for reaching goals. So it comes to no surprise that I have the same eagerness towards my fitness and health.
I will post new workout routines on my Fitness page that focuses on heavy weight lifting to burn body fat and get more defined muscles. Also, I also made some adjustments to my nutritional diet by creating new meal ideas and cooking tips I’ve incorporated into my personal diet. New things will be coming in 2016 and I am excited to share every experience along the way.
