Hi! Thank you for visiting. My passion in food and fitness lead me to creating this blog. My interest in fitness started in my late teens. Living an unhealthy life I needed a change in the way I saw myself. For the last decade, I’ve been on a path of becoming an advocate for a healthy lifestyle. Sharing my love for natural, healthy living with others is what encourages me to reach larger circles of people that share the same interests. As I learn through my mistakes and successes, I gain more insight into the benefits of sustaining a healthy lifestyle.
